ATAL REALTECH LTD. started as a building contractor undertaking works under the leadership of Shri. Vijaygopal P Atal.
Shri. Vijaygopal P. Atal stood associated with M/s. Prakash Builders, Nashik from the year 1991 to 1996. then M/S. Prakash Builders became a ltd co. in 1996 and Mr. Vijaygopal P Atal was a Director in that company. Later when M/s. Prakash Builders became M/S Prakash Constrowell LTD, and turned into a public limited company, in 2012 Shri. Vijaygopal P Atal started his own firm in the name of M/s Atal Realtech Ltd.
M/s Prakash Constrowell Ltd is a leading player in the building construction sector and in the earlier days as M/s. Atal Realtech Pvt Ltd was not registered with PWD, we were jointly bidding for projects in the name of M/s. Prakash Constrowell Ltd, and M/s. Atal Realtech Limited doing the actual work.
Shri. Vijaygopal P Atal also remains TO BE a Director in OUR group of Companies to name M/s. Jaikumar Real Estates Pvt Ltd and Atal Buildcon LTD, nashik. He is also a partner in Jaikumar Constructions LLP
Mr. Vijaygopal Atal is the promoter of the Company.
