The objects of the offer are :

1. Investment in Route Mobile (UK) Limited for repayment/prepayment of the loan availed from Deutsche Bank AG
2. Repayment or pre-payment, in full or part, of certain existing loan facilities of the Company
3. Acquisitions and other strategic initiatives
4. Investment in Subsidiaries for purchase of office premises in London and Singapore
5. Purchase of business process outsourcing center in Noida and general corporate purposes.
