Ltd is South India’s leading Multi-Brand Retail Chain dealing in International & Indian Brands of Mobile Handsets, Accessories and Electronics Items, having its registered office in Kochi, founded by Mr. Sayyed Hamid the Chairman-cum-Managing Director, having innovative retail business ideas with in-depth knowledge and experience in the mobile industry, ventured into the state-of-the art concept of Retail Network of Digital Hubs in 2014. We began our journey as a single showroom when the concept of mobile phones became an essential part of our daily life was widely accepted in our country. Within a short span of one year time our retail chain of network had grown up to 30 Superb Digital Hubs across the state with brand name as ‘FONE4’. We were soon recognized for our commitment, smart work, expertise and the finest range of products.
Owing to their innovative value-added services FONE4 was the first retailer to be awarded ‘The Best Entrepreneur of Kerala’ by the State Government for the year 2016 from the then Chief Minister of Kerala. When we look at the society at large, the impact of mobile phones in the lives of common man is remarkable. We at FONE4 played a commendable role in the reach towards common man.
When they began as a single store in Thrissur we found a seamless entry of customers to our state-of-the art store by getting attracted to the trust and confidence we had built up through our dedication and the kind of customer support we had provided. We offered various protection plans to our customers to safeguard their mobile phones from the physical damage and theft. Also we had been awarded the ‘The Customer Protection Award’ by the Government of Kerala in 2018.
